CANCELLATION POLICY
To provide exceptional service and accommodate all patients fairly, Venus Medispa reserves appointment time exclusively for each client. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: Appointments that are missed without notice will incur a $150 no-show fee. Repeat Late Cancellations or No-Shows: After one late cancellation or no-show, any subsequent appointment that is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will result in the applicable fee being automatically charged to the card on file. This fee is non-refundable and not applicable toward services. Venus Medispa values your time and ours. These policies allow us to provide timely, high-quality care to all patients.
