CANCELLATION POLICY
To provide exceptional service and accommodate all patients fairly, Venus Medispa reserves appointment time exclusively for each client. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 cancellation/no-show fee. Repeat Late Cancellations or No-Shows: After one late cancellation or no-show, if a subsequent appointment is canceled, rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed, a $50 fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee is non-refundable and not applicable toward services. Venus Medispa values your time and ours. These policies allow us to provide timely, high-quality care to all patients.
